Cranberry-Ginger-Soju Fizz - Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.

CRANBERRY-GINGER-SOJU FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:

6 fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries
2 lime wedges
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1/4 cup (4 ounces) TY KU soju
1/4 cup (2 ounces) Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
splash of Canada dry ginger ale
fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries, for garnish
lime wedge, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

In a tall glass, muddle together cranberries, lime wedges and sugar. Add ice, soju and cranberry juice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with more ice. Top with splash of ginger ale. Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime wedge. Enjoy!
